To keep the balance, you have to keep moving.


And finally we were all allowed to get moving again :-)

We were very happy to be able to open our doors again for our friends & guests from December 2021 and spend a beautiful winter together - Thank you very much.

This winter is over, but we are already looking forward to the summer and the coming winter season with anticipation. And we are aware that also in the near future the topic Corona / Covid - 19 will accompany us. Therefore, we are still anxious to implement all safety and hygiene measures (we will also continuously adapt them to the official requirements of the Austrian Federal Government).

Nevertheless, it is close to our heart that you can enjoy your vacation in our house carefree. Look forward to homely moments and a relaxing time out in Ischgl!

In-house measures
  • We still do not shake hands - but welcome you with an enchanting smile.
  • wear a mouth - nose protection
  • use glass partitions
  • disinfect all public areas at regular intervals
  • Surfaces such as handrails in the stairwell, door handles, front door, ... are disinfected several times a day
  • all guest rooms are disinfected daily during cleaning
  • all employees are regularly tested - disinfectant dispensers are
  • located in the entrance area and in the breakfast room

We are SAFE SERVICE

Tyrolean tourism relies on certified security - and we are there: We are using the "SAFE SERVICE" learning app as a modern training tool for our employees for the 2020/21 winter season. Our company has successfully completed the digital training on security topics such as protective measures, distance rules, hygiene or contactless customer experience.

We live SAFE SERVICE internally and are well informed about what our guests want in terms of security. We also consciously show SAFE SERVICE to the outside world and make it clear that we are a SAFE SERVICE company. Further information: https://safe-service.tirol
Breakfast
  • The tables in the breakfast room will be allocated. We make sure there is enough space between the tables.
  • Menus like salt, pepper, sugar are disinfected after each guest.
  • Disinfection dispenser in the breakfast room.
  • At the buffet we ask you to wear your mouth and nose protection and to disinfect your hands or to use your personal cutlery – if it is necessary – we will inform you about it
Wellness
  • The hygiene regulations according to the regulation apply
  • The personal limits in the wellness area must be observed
  • The maximum number of persons is indicated everywhere
  • Extended opening hours if required
Cancellation conditions

For early books:

All stays with a minimum stay of 7 nights, which are booked until 15.10.2022 directly via www.persura.at / www.ischgl.com or our reservation, are subject to the Quality time cancellation - conditions: Cancellation free of charge until 75 days before arrival and if you take out cancellation insurance you do not have to pay a deposit.

(For bookings less than 7 nights, the Austrian hotel conditions apply, unless there is another lockdown - no costs)

Bookings after 15.10.2022

  • The Austrian hotel conditions apply.
  • 3 months (90 days) before arrival no cancellation fee
  • 3 months to 1 month before arrival 40 %
  • 1 month to 1 week 70 %
  • In the last week 90 %.

Should a new shutdown occur (arrival due to closed borders, closed hotel industry, valley quarantine, ... not possible) there will be no costs for you.

We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance with the Europäische Reiseversicherung.

This insurance covers you in case you, as an insured customer, are unable to start or have to break off the trip,
because you have an elevated temperature, even if a later test result is negative, or you have tested positive for COVID-19 without showing symptoms

  • because you have COVID-19 symptoms.
  • because a close relative or a person living in the same household is ill with COVID-19 and your urgent presence is required.

General
As long as the Covid measures are active, access to our hotel is only possible for registered guests
