Hygiene measures

Dear guests & friends of our house!

We hope that you can now slowly leave the difficult time of the lockdown behind and return to normality as best you can, look optimistically and confidently into the future and look forward to spending a few wonderful days together with your loved ones.

Of course we are aware of the current situation. Everybody wants to be sure that they can enjoy the most beautiful time of the year, their vacations without any worries. That is why we are very keen to implement all possible safety and hygiene measures even more intensively and intensively - after all, we want your vacation with us to be not only pleasant and relaxing, but also safe. For example, we do not shake hands, we maintain safety distances, wear mouth and nose protection, use glass partitions, our employees are regularly tested, etc.

Nevertheless, it is close to our hearts that we maintain Tyrolean hospitality and cordiality - the well-being of our guests is still our main focus and we want to do everything to make you feel completely comfortable with us.

Tyrolean tourism relies on certified security - and we are there: We are using the "SAFE SERVICE" learning app as a modern training tool for our employees for the 2020/21 winter season. Our company has successfully completed the digital training on security topics such as protective measures, distance rules, hygiene or contactless customer experience.

We live SAFE SERVICE internally and are well informed about what our guests want in terms of security. We also consciously show SAFE SERVICE to the outside world and make it clear that we are a SAFE SERVICE company. Further information: https://safe-service.tirol
  • The tables in the breakfast room will be allocated. We make sure there is enough space between the tables.
  • Menus like salt, pepper, sugar are disinfected after each guest.
  • Disinfection dispenser in the breakfast room.
  • At the buffet we ask you to wear your mouth and nose protection and to disinfect your hands or to use your personal cutlery.
  • The hygiene regulations according to the regulation apply
  • The personal limits in the wellness area must be observed
  • The maximum number of persons is indicated everywhere
  • Extended opening hours if required
Cancellation conditions

For early books:

All stays with a minimum stay of 5 nights, which are booked until 15.10.2021 directly via www.persura.at / www.ischgl.com or our reservation, are subject to the Quality time cancellation - conditions: Cancellation free of charge until 48 days before arrival and if you take out cancellation insurance you do not have to pay a deposit.

(For bookings less than 5 nights, the Austrian hotel conditions apply, unless there is another lockdown - no costs)

Bookings after 15.10.2021

  • 3 months before arrival no cancellation fee
  • 2 months to 1 month before arrival 50%
  • 1 month to 1 week 70%
  • In the last week 90%.

Should a new shutdown occur (arrival due to closed borders, closed hotel industry, valley quarantine, ... not possible) there will be no costs for you.

We recommend taking out a travel cancellation insurance with the Europäische Reiseversicherung.

This insurance covers you in case you, as an insured customer, are unable to start or have to break off the trip,
because you have an elevated temperature, even if a later test result is negative, or you have tested positive for COVID-19 without showing symptoms

  • because you have COVID-19 symptoms.
  • because a close relative or a person living in the same household is ill with COVID-19 and your urgent presence is required.

As long as the Covid measures are active, access to our hotel is only possible for registered guests
