• Prices are in euro, per person and per night incl. local holiday tax (€ 3.00) per person and day. 
• Prices are only valid with full occupancy & payment in cash or via bank transfer. (Due to high commission costs we do not accept credit cards. We ask our guests for understanding. You have the possibility to transfer the money via bank transfer.)
• Additional costs apply at a shot-stay. 
• In the case of an early departure or late arrival, the price for the whole day will be charged. 
• The prices include a rich breakfast buffet, usage of the spa-area, WLAN, parking spaces in front of the hotel, bathrobes during your stay. 

• Children in parents' room (extra bed convertible couch), up to age 13, 50 % reduction.
• Children and others aged 13+ 20 % reduction.
• Cots and high chairs available upon request

• After 2 p.m.
• If you wish to arrive earlier, you can park your car in our parking lot (if spaces are available) and enjoy your first day in the ski region.
• If you arrive after 6 p.m., we'd appreciate a call from you.
• Reception only open until 8.00 p.m.

• Your guest pass for the ski pass directly at your arrival at the reception.
• Please claim your visitor's pass at the reception before you buy your ski pass. With this pass you'll receive VIP ski passes at a discount.

Smoking: Rooms and Restuarant are non smoking areas. You may smoke on the balconies.

Allergies and other special needs: It would be very kind of you to inform us at your arrival about any allergies so our kitchen team is aware of that. At our breakfast, we offer (upon request) allergy free products. For dinner, we offer a vegetarian menu only on advance order. (Allergy free products obtain availability and are due to a surcharge - concerns breakfast and dinner)
