Check-in: from 2:00 p.m. → If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., it would be very kind of you to let us know by phone. Reception only open until 8:00 p.m.

Check-out: until 10:00 a.m.

Smoking is not permitted in our rooms or anywhere else in the hotel.

Please note that a reservation becomes effective only after a confirmation with deposit and cancellation conditions from our side.

For bookings made at short notice, the balance can be paid on check-out in cash or by EC card (A/D/NL).

The correct processing of online bookings takes place via the booking platform of the Tourismusverband Paznaun - Ischgl. This booking form is integrated into this website with SSL encryption.

• Short stay surcharge: For stays of up to 3 nights we charge a surcharge of 10 %. In summer a fixed amount is charged as a surcharge.
• In case of late arrival or early departure, the price for the respective days will be charged in full.

Cancellations are only valid in written form and will be charged as follows:

• Cancellations made after the booking date will be charged the deposit paid
• Cancellation, less than 1 month before arrival we charge 90 % of the total amount
• “No Show”, ‘earlier departure’, the full amount will be charged

The general terms and conditions apply according to the Austrian hotel contract conditions. Children up to the age of 14 are excluded from the residence law.
